Mor Monsen - Norwegian Lemon, Almond and Currant Cake

This recipe is from Signe Johansen's Scandilicous, which I looked at on this blog earlier this month. A deliciously moist cake with a sparse amount of currants or sultanas. It could easily work as both a tea time treat and a dessert with custard or cream.
